Being excited about the work makes challenging problems and long nights manageable and supports the self-learning expected on the team.
Members are expected to take ownership of important work and operate with limited day-to-day oversight.
SRT adds a significant workload alongside coursework and other commitments, so members need to be able to balance both.
Prior experience is valuable, but the ability and motivation to learn difficult technical material is equally important.
